ClipPixie turns a theme you type into a set of transparent PNG clip art images. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use ClipPixie.

You must provide a valid email address and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Images are paid for with credits. One credit makes one finished image on a standard model; larger print sizes and premium models cost more, and the cost is shown before you generate.

Plan credits are granted each billing period and roll over for one month. Credits from packs and the welcome bonus do not expire. Plan credits end when a subscription ends. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can cancel at any time from the billing portal and keep access until the end of the paid period.

If an image fails to generate, the credit for it is returned to your balance automatically. If a payment is refunded, the credits it bought are removed from your balance, in proportion to the amount refunded; credits you have already spent cannot be recovered.

You are responsible for the themes you submit and for how you use the images. Do not use ClipPixie to create content that is illegal, that infringes someone else’s rights, that depicts the sexual exploitation of minors, or that is hateful, harassing or deceptive. Themes are checked automatically and may be refused.

We do not claim ownership of the images you generate. AI-generated images may resemble existing works, and in some places may not be eligible for copyright protection. Check the rules that apply to your intended use, especially for products you sell.

Generated files are kept for 30 days and then deleted. Download anything you want to keep before then.

Do not abuse the service: no automated or bulk access outside the product, no attempts to bypass credit limits or moderation, and no interference with other users or our systems. We may limit or suspend accounts that do.

ClipPixie relies on third-party AI providers and is provided “as is”, without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or that results will meet any particular standard. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it arose.

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use ClipPixie after a change means you accept it.
